7 Hanover Quay
7 Hanover Quay was acquired by IPUT in 2014 and occupies a prominent waterfront position overlooking Grand Canal Dock in the South Dublin Docklands.
The property provides 66,000 sq ft of high-quality office space over seven floors. The building is located in the centre of the south docklands with stunning views from its high-level terraces. IPUT extensively refurbished and remodelled the property in 2015 shortly after acquiring it and the entire building was pre-let during the refurbishment programme to Accenture on a long term lease.
