Stripe has chosen One Wilton Park as the location for its new Irish headquarters. The payments giant, which is owned by Limerick brothers John and Patrick Collison, signed on 28th June. The company has confirmed it will be the second half of 2025 when it moves into the building.
Eileen O’Mara, Stripe’s global chief revenue officer and its most senior leader in Dublin, said: “We’re excited to have found a new home for our growing dual HQ in Dublin. One Wilton Park is triple the size of our old office, so it provides us with the space we need to expand our team in Ireland, build out Stripe’s platform, and serve many more businesses globally.”
Microsoft-owned LinkedIn had pre-let the office development and had intended to occupy all 55,750 sq m at Wilton Park, however, in 2022 it announced that it would no longer occupy the full scheme.
LinkedIn has decided to take up only the 14,900 sq m at Four Wilton Park and will connect the new office to its current building.
“This will deliver the best experience for our teams in terms of connectivity, culture, and flexibility,” said Sue Duke, LinkedIn Ireland Country Manager.
Niall Gaffney, CEO, IPUT Real Estate Dublin, said:
We are delighted to welcome Stripe to the Wilton Park Estate alongside our existing occupier LinkedIn. Our vision for Wilton Park has been to create a vibrant and sustainable city-centre neighbourhood offering occupiers and visitors leading office and retail amenities around a carefully restored one-acre city park. Wilton Park is a unique location and we believe this is recognised in attracting two of the world’s leading technology companies to the estate.
