You may have noticed that we dedicated the hoarding enveloping our development at the Tropical Fruit Warehouse on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay to the promotion of our Artist in Residence programme, an initiative which we are running in conjunction with the Royal Hibernian Academy.

Former Resident Artist Leah Hewson‘s work, “Abiding Traces” has prominently featured on the hoarding for the past number of months. We believe that this striking piece of art has brought a vibrancy to our project and to the area.

To further support the programme and to mark our collaboration, we worked with Leah and the Graphic Studio Gallery to produce a limited print entitled “Abiding Fragments” which is an interpretation of the original design.
