Studio is the latest innovation in our popular Making it Work offering. We have transformed the ground floor and rooftop garden of Fifteen George’s Quay into an exclusive amenity space. Occupiers in the IPUT portfolio are allocated membership on a space leased basis.
Studio roof garden
This landscaped 2,000 sq ft roof garden at Fifteen George’s Quay provides the perfect location to take a break and enjoy panoramic views of the city or host a unique private event.
Event space
The bookable private townhall / presentation space with audio visual and video conferencing can be arranged to seat up to 130 persons or 200 persons standing.
Meeting rooms
Range of tech enabled meeting rooms configured to your requirements available to book hourly, half day or for the full day at competitive rates.
Media room
This versatile space is equipped for podcasting, videocasting and video conferencing with green screen facilities for the personalised branding and projection.

The Auditorium
The 50 seater bleacher-style auditorium equipped with state of the art audio visual and video conferencing is ideal for hosting client presentations, internal training and all-hands events.

All office buildings within the IPUT portfolio feature dedicated end-of-trip facilities and we are committed to enhancing amenities by incorporating gyms at key locations, including Fifteen George’s Quay, St. Stephen’s Green, and The Workshop on Pearse Street.
