Fifteen George’s Quay is an innovative redevelopment that has transformed a prime city centre office into a contemporary and sustainable building, ready for the future of the workplace.
IPUT has retained the existing structure while increasing the size of the building by approximately 50%. The project has expanded Fifteen George’s Quay into a 70,300 sq ft, seven-storey office building with two additional floors and newly landscaped roof terraces offering panoramic views over the River Liffey. The redevelopment also includes a new façade, an expansive reception area overlooking the 18th-century Custom House, and a 2,000 sq ft ground-floor café.
The building was completed in Q3 2024 and pre-let to Aon Ireland, MUFG and Paysafe.
