GRESB assesses ESG management and performance, benchmarked against global industry best-practice.  A 5-star rating for both standing investments and developments places IPUT in the top 20% of participants globally – meaning our sustainability performance matches or exceeds our domestic and international peers.

We are also proud to achieve the maximum 5-stars given it is assessed across a portfolio of 91 assets comprising 5.2 million sq ft including offices, logistics and retail. Our 2022 ranking is an endorsement of our market-leading approach to responsible investment and recognition of our commitment to ESG transparency.
