- Iron Mountain will join Life Style Sports, who have already taken 120,000 sq ft, at Aerodrome Business Park from IPUT
- Unit G and Unit Q Aerodrome Business Park have been developed by IPUT and form part of its active logistics pipeline of 1.4 million sq ft, setting new sustainability standards for logistics development in Ireland
IPUT Real Estate, Ireland’s leading property company and the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin, announces that Iron Mountain, a global leader in innovative storage, data centre infrastructure, asset lifecycle management and information management services, has leased 162,000 sq ft at Unit Q at Aerodrome Business Park on a long-term lease.
Completed in July 2022, Unit Q has the highest sustainability standards in the market, with LEED Gold, BREEAM Excellent and a BER A3 rating. Unit Q is part of IPUT’s pipeline of 1.4 million sq ft of logistics assets, which are setting new standards for logistics spaces in Ireland. Iron Mountain will join Life Style Sports, which has already let 120,000 sq ft in Unit G at Aerodrome Business Park.
