We are delighted to present Storytelling Saturday and Sunday Mornings for Words at Wilton Park, with Lorraine Lordan’s A Cat Called Jam.
A Cat Called Jam tells the story of Jam, a cat who sees himself differently from how the rest of the world sees him. Jam is a cat who knows who he is. And who he is.. is a dog! When he meets a group of mismatched dogs, he wants nothing more than to join their merry band of misfits. This is easier said than done when people only take in appearances. But there is a small light at the end of the tunnel in the form of placid old hound, Max. Jam faces challenges along the way but in the end Max’s insights and encouragement helps him stay true to himself.
Running time: 8 minutes
