IPUT Real Estate, Ireland’s leading property company and the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin, announces the launch of Making it Work, a flexible workspace solution which it has ambition to develop and scale over the next few years, to up to 5% of its 2.4 million sq. ft. prime office portfolio in Dublin.

Making it Work is targeted at high growth companies enabling contract agreements on flexible terms to be undertaken directly with the landlord. Unlike other multi-let platforms, Making it Work does not feature co-working or shared workspaces and is specifically designed to cater for corporate clients within self-contained floors.

Making it Work, Pearse Street, a four-storey 15,000 sq. ft. building, will be IPUT’s first ‘space as a service’ location. It incorporates four separate floors for lease with an auditorium and large gym on the lower ground level. As the owner and operator, IPUT has designed the building around occupiers’ wellbeing; configuring and furnishing the office and amenity space to exceed the market standard for flexible offices.

Strava, a leading digital platform for athletes and the largest sports community in the world, will be IPUT’s first Making it Work customer, taking 5,500 sq. ft. on the ground and first floors for a three-year term. Additionally, The Workshop a new 2,000 sq. ft. CrossFit gym run by an independent operator, is open in the lower ground floor with general membership available to the public as well as employees in any Making it Work office.
