IPUT Real Estate announces it has been awarded a 4 star rating in the 2020 GRESB Real Estate assessment for both Standing Investments and Developments. IPUT achieved a score of 77 in the Standing Investments category, a 15% improvement year-on-year. In the Developments category, in its first year of rating, IPUT achieved a score of 87 representing the highest GRESB score in the peer group.

We are proud of the continued progress we have made in 2020. We have significantly improved our GRESB score; achieved an A rating in the 2020 PRI assessment;  became a signatory to the World Green Building Council’s Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment; and are committed to Net Zero emissions in our operations by 2030.
