Building upgrade works at Riverside Two commenced in 2021 with a focus on enhancing the tenant experience.

The upgrades included the addition of end-of-trip amenities, such as showers, a drying room, and secure bicycle parking at the basement level. In 2022, we completed a substantial building upgrade, which involved replacing gas boilers and chillers with heat pumps, fully decarbonising the building’s heating and cooling systems. We also installed PV solar panels to generate onsite energy and upgraded the Building Management System (BMS).

Following this significant upgrade, we achieved LEED Operations and Maintenance Gold certification.
