Raising the bar for design and sustainability
We make responsible decisions in how we design, develop and manage buildings and continually set new benchmarks for occupier experience and sustainability. Over the last decade, we have attracted investors and occupiers to our portfolio because we continue to set the benchmark for design and sustainability.
Year in review 2025
Our ambition is simple: to grow responsibly. We want to preserve and grow income for our shareholders by owning, developing and managing exceptional workplaces that both enhance local communities and help sustain our environment.
2025 Sustainability Performance Data
In 2025, we reached several key sustainability milestones. We commenced construction of our first two timber-frame units at Nexus Logistics Park. And we welcomed our long-standing occupier A&L Goodbody back to their headquarters - our first net zero office development - at 25 North Wall Quay. We also received our highest GRESB scores to date, with 92% awarded for our existing buildings and 98% awarded for our developments.
Environmental
Maximising performance and minimising our impact on the environment to ensure that our portfolio is positioned to operate efficiently now and into the future.
Social impact
We create workplaces that are centred around people, spaces that people enjoy visiting and passing through.
Community
We see our role as going beyond the responsibilities of a traditional developer or building owner - hosting events and building partnerships in order to create and foster a sense of community for those working in buildings within the IPUT portfolio and the wider neighbourhoods in which our buildings are located. Our approach to social sustainability puts the needs of people in our city and neighbourhoods at its heart because we believe that people make places.
Culture
We are passionate about facilitating and cultivating art, culture, and creativity in every way we can. Throughout our office, logistics and retail portfolio, we support and showcase Irish artists and creators - commissioning sculptures, paintings and installations that stimulate and sustain our occupiers and those who live, work, and socialise in the neighbourhoods in which our buildings are located.
